Hotel Residence Club Baia delle Ginestre**** is a panoramic complex of terraced house amidst lush, green Mediterranean vegetation, situated in Capo Teulada (Cagliari), along the south coast of Sardinia.
The residence stands on a promontory that just out into the sea, overlooking the wonderful coast with its crystal clear water and white beaches. Every terraced house has 4-6 beds and private bathroom, kitchen area and TV. Some of them have a little front garden and others a wide terrace. Our guests can choose between Full Board accommodation and Full board  accommodation with flights and transfers from and to the airport included.

Facilities: tennis court, seven-a-side football and volleyball pitch, swimming pool and archery.

Staying from Wednesday to Wednesday: on demand staying from Saturday with extra payment 50,00 euro per adult person and 25,00 euro per child (from 2 to 11 years).

Discount for extra bed:

• Children 2/5 years: -50%, children 6/11 years: -25%, adults: -15%.

Extra:

• Club Card: obligatory for every person from 6 years. Cost: 30,00 euro per person payable locally. Include: daily and evenings animations, swimming pool, beach equipment (hammock chair, sun umbrella), mini- club 6 to 12 years.

• Single room: € 30,00 per day.

• Infants under 2 (payable locally): € 140,00 per week. (Meals are included in the rate).

• Small pets: € 70,00 per week (on request, payable locally).

• Extra transport for less than 7 person: 40,00 euro per person, payable locally.

• Canoe use: payable locally.

• Free child: 1 child aged 2/11 is free of charge if they are accompanied by 2 adults (Limited places available).

• Family special 2 + 2 = 3: 2 adults and 2 children aged 2/11 in the same room pay for 3 (3 full rates).

• Special 1 + 1: 1 adult and 1 child aged 2/11, the child has a special discount of 30% on the basic rate.

• Friends special: 4 adults in the same room have a discount of 20%.

• 14-night holidays: for a 14-night holiday you pay only 12 nights (2 nights are free of charge, not valid from 09.08 to 27.08).

• Honeymooners and over 60s: special discount of 10%.

• Happy Birthday: € 25,00 discount per week for the person who celebrates his or her birthday during the holiday.
